WHATS FOR DINNER

I don't know about you but when my man is home I usually am not doing extra kitchen time so when he asked the question yesterday as he was looking into the refrigerator, "What are we eating for lunch," I was excited to say, Beef stir fry. I new he was shocked thinking, "What no sandwiches?"
Yes, I made stir fry in just about 20 minutes. I put the rice in my rice cooker. Grabbed a handful of and put in a bowl: Thrive Freeze Dried Bell Peppers, Cauliflower, and Cooked Roast beef. Then I covered them with water and let set for about 5 minutes. Then I drained them, added them to the rice and poured my favorite stir fry sauce over the top.
So easy, so fast, so good. Oh yeah I even got breakfast dishes done and had minimal lunch clean up.
Now what's for dinner, uhmm!
